STANDARD LCD CHARACTER MODULES

The table below lists ASI Display's standard LCD character modules.

The majority of our character modules are designed using the industry standard Hitachi HD44780 LCD controller. Production modules may contain equivalent controllers from other manufacturers such as Samsung's KS0066 or Sunplus's SPLC780CV11. Other modules may use New Japan Radios' NJU6426, Novatek's NT3881D22 and Sitronix's ST7066 controllers.

Please see the chart below for the specific controller for each module. Click on the number to download the controller datasheet. Datasheets are provided in PDF format for each of the modules without backlighting (reflective), with EL backlight, and with LED backlight.
